Four consecutive task order renewals have never been commissioned to the same firm through ODOT District 4. This is a testimony to our quality work and our quality service to our client and the confidence ODOT has in the Hammontree team.
We were selected by ODOT District 4 for four consecutive 2 year task order delivery projects to complete various surveying and right of way services for the District. The work completed as part of the contracts includes determination of right of way for various state routes in the vicinity of proposed roadway and bridge improvement projects. We also completed topographic surveys and mapping for various projects being completed by ODOT design personnel and other consultants. Our personnel have completed the boundary surveys and determinations and completed the necessary right of way plans. We also completed check cross sections on construction projects for quantity verification for several sections of the Interstate 77 widening project, and the SR 8 widening project at the Ohio Turnpike. The two year contracts were routinely extended in order that ODOT could exhaust the encumbered funds for each agreement.
